1. Order Processing Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- High Volume Periods: Please note that during high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We only ship within United States.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
- If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@compassdisplayinc.com or 215-744-2787 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
- Compass Retail Display Group Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if shipping insurance was not selected (if offered) or if incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Damages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@compassdisplayinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
